Whats this pleco?

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of pleco this is? It is advertised as a L191 but doesnt look like the 191's that I have ever seen. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

my friend has an L128 when he takes pics with the flash it looks green

when I use the flash on my l200 he looks brown

I think L128 as well many blue phantoms have shades of green in them. You have a great find there. IMO many blue phantoms don't look that nice.
