My green terror had the same looking thing, the lfs said he ate some sand and couldn't pass it it. He only lasted a few days like that

parameters check out good. and i feed them NLS, it does sink to the bottom maby he's got a gut full of sand.

Try adding Epsom salt at 1 tablespoon per ten gallons. It reduces swelling and helps with constipation. It won't hurt the other fish at all. Add enough to treat half of the tank's volume one day, and half the next.

Please post the actual numbers for your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings.

Epsom salt isn't really salt, it's Magnesium Sulfate. So, I would imagine that any salt-sensitive fish would fare well in it; however, perhaps you could post in the proper forum for the ghosts and get a definite answer. Other than that, do you have a QT?

No, it's fine... LOL it doesn't matter to me, I'll share the Epsom salt secret anywhere! But, I do think that since you're having doubts about the ghosts, and I don't keep ghosts, and have never treated them with Epsom salt, it would be better to move to that forum, or at least create a post with that title so that you can get some advice.
