What's up with my Flowerhorn?

It looks more white towards the top and kinda clear at the bottom of it.

I think its got the same problem as my FH (attached)View attachment 825668 and some guys advised to use epsom salts. Will be getting some tomorrow and will dose it with some..

that one is sickly you can see the white poo and the bulging anus epsom salt will help but its better the fish ingests it instead of just putting it in water but if its not eating adding to water may help
