I had to switch his tank for a few days and now he has...

Red lines on his white stripe. Looks like veins

Massive shedding.

Just stressed. Give him time to adjust. My two use to shed every time I did a large water change. Give him sometime to get situated in his tank. As for the red lines/veins, monitor for the next couple of days.

Can also be ammonia poisoning. Check your water parameters and give us the numbers. "Fine" is not a number.
