I have been seeing quite a few tiny 2" Kuhlii Loaches for sale lately. I'm guessing someone, somewhere is now breeding them. Which is great, less fish collected from the wild. But my objection is... what can anyone do with a 2" Kuhlii Loach?? A 3" fish could eat one, and they could fit through your ear canal. I bet 90% of Kuhliis at that size that are sold end up inside filters, eaten, or jumped through filter holes.
Next one I see, I'm gonna raise it up in a breeder box, and hope it doesn't escape. Any thoughts?
