What should i do to remove it....
Plz help as fast as u can

Will my fish die of that bubble foam

Foam is created when the air water interface is agitated, when excess proteins, oils, and other components of metabolism are in the water.
This is the reason foam fractionaters work, and also why surface skimming works well water heading into sumps, because most truly undesirable byproducts of metabolism collect near the surface.
You may be feeding an excess of protein, and those byproducts are collecting on the surface.
You can skim the surface when doing water changes, removing those things. or get a surface skimming filter that would need to be leaned regularly..
Below is a video of my foam fractionater removing algae, proteins and other undesirable stuff from my freshwater pond.
