What's wrong with my anemone?

So I have a bubble tip anemone and had it for weeks now but the tenticals aren't opening even the clown fish is hosting it.

It could be that its not liking its positions in the tank its either getting to much light or too little. Anemones do change locations if they dont like their environment. Are you feeding it? Whats your lighting like?

yes im feeding it frozen cubes
and the setup up is a Biocube
