whats wrong with my aro's scales

in this pic you will see that a few scales(or lack of) are really shinny on top. i found a couple scales a few months back in the tank! hes healthy and growing like a weed, what gives? i just like the third one!

No idea, it looks like a nice aro. The shiny patch looks like a reflection to me, but you can tell he is missing some scales.

nothing is wrong with it. The scales that are growing back will be a diffrent color for awhile.
Don't worry about it.

its ok bro. no need to worry. its normal for some silvers to have a very shiny specks on its top scales. shud be glad! maybe someday it become xb silver j/k

mine has been spooked and lost some scales before, and when they grew back they were a different color for a while. The scales grow back really quickly, but will take a while to match in color.

Yep...

The scales on my leichardti grew back but were darker in color for quite some time.
