whats wrong with my dat and flagtail

came home today and my AT and flagtail both had something on their eyes, dont know how to really explain it. my AT's gill plates were also messed up. the flagtails eyes arent as bad, not as opaque. i did a massive water changed but dont know what else i should do. i lost an NTT awhile ago to something similar with the eyes, it ended up popping open and it looked as if something was eating away at it. here are pics.

also no other fish in the tank has this, including other dats, bichirs, pbass and arowanas. the AT has had this problem before with his other eye but not nearly as bad as this and so rapid. last time i just did water changes and salt and it went away. didnt work for the NTT tho
