Whats wrong with my eastern painted

Its like foam coming out his mouth when he is on the basking ramp....... I have no idea what this is. Would be great if i can get some help

When he jumps back in the water the foam turns into something that looks like peelin skin....

I think your turtle has a respiratory infections. What is your basking and water temperature? It also looks like it has the starting of shell pyramiding as well. What are you currently feeding it?

Respiratory infection is a high probability.
