Whats wrong with my Fish ? Red blotch??

Hi all i have a malawi cichlid tank and i have had 2 very small jewels die and now another jewel and 1 larger fish has this red blotch on them

can anyone identify what it is and how i can treat it?

untill u get any expert advise,seperate the infected/wounded fish and treat with lots of salt....while ur at it also try and put some salt in the main tank

Is there anything else in the tank that could of attacked it? Thats what comes to mind when I see it. I dont know much about fish sicknesses since I have never had to deal with it before. 10 years now and no sick fish!!!

2.5years also here and its very strange that its happening i have not changed anything in my tank other than the water but i regularly change that

you have any plecos or algae eaters in the tank?

2 corys + 1 large / 1med / 1 smal plecos
