My Jack Dempsey is swimming at the bottom of the aquarium slanted to one side, there doesn't seem to be any other symtoms. He is housed with an Albino Plec and thats it.

First thing you need to do is check your water parameters: nitrate, ammonia, ph, water temp. Then you can start narrowing it down.

could he just be pouting? my has done that before. I wouldb't think it to be a swim bladder because i always thought something bad has to happen like a fight between two fish. i have never had just go bad.
probably isn't swim bladder, i'd look into reaction to some sort of stress, whether parasite or other

I might treat for parasite with Clout or Jungle.
As said, add Epsom salt and DONT feed. I assume hes not eating?
My fish just had it bad last week and pulled through OK.
