my jag just lies on the bottom and doesnt really move or eat or anything. i raised the temp and added salt and added stress coat and stress zyme but i dont know what is wrong with him..........any ideas?

nevermind he just went belly up 2 seconds after i wrote this..........damnit...........does anybody know what could have happened?....its something internal because he looks ok on the outside
there's not much history.......i had him for like a month or so and then like a week or less ago he started hiding a lot and i never saw him.....then i started seeing him a little and he didnt act right........he didnt do anything he just sat on the bottom and thats when i started trying different stuff to make him better......then i was watching him swim and he just stopped and fell to the bottom
i used 5 in 1 test strips and the GH? was 120 the KH was a little higher the ph was around 7 and the nitrites were 0 and the nitrates were a little over 0
