Whats wrong with my loach??

He used to be very active and friendly, now he just sits vertically behind the filter tube. Any thoughts?

Any ich? Has there been a temperature change or pH change? Have you changed his tankmates?

No disease...No changes really...I added 2 rainbow fish but there were already 14 in there...

Is he eating? Does he have hiding spots?

Yea there are a bunch of rock caves in the tank, and no he rarely eats now

Maybe he just realized how lonely he is.
Seriously though, you should have at least four more of his kind in there...these are very social fish.
It could be an internal thing. Try giving some zucchini or peas out of the skin. Levamisole HCL could be used, recommended for Loaches.
Good looking fish BTW.
