Columnaris to me. It's a common bacterial infection. What are water parameters? Try treating it with Maracyn.

Looks like hes got Ick. I'd get some Ick treatment and do constant water changes. Or do what everyone says on here use salt and raise the temp of the tank.

its the bacteria its eating him i remember that happening too my salt water tank too the clown fish

It is not ich. That is bacterial infection especially if you look at the fin edges.

Hospital tank and high temp and maracyn and maracyn2 along with some salt to ease the stress.------------------its definetly a fungal infection

No, it isn't. Fungal infections rarely happen and what the OP's fish has is not fungal infection. There is a difference between fungal and bacterial infection. Bacterial infections are far more common than most people anticipate and can progress well in very warm environments. No need to use salt. Stick with water changes and meds. Keep the temperature at 76 degrees Fahrenheit only.
