recently got this pike from a fish meet, it was wild caught from peru and has this thing on its lip. if anyone knows what it is or how to treat that would be great.

Try salt and heat and if that doesn't work, try an antibiotic like erythromycin or kanaplex. One may work better than the other depending on the infection.
