whats wrong with my umbee

can someone tell me wat is wrong with my umbee. i think it poked itself on some driftwood fighting with my dovii, and it had a small pick cut on its lower body. two weeks later it gets white egg looking things on the cut. then it grew bigger and got white fussy stuff all over it, wat can i do to fix

wow im going to save this for a senior member to answer because I've never seen anything that bad before. I know one thing change LOTS of water!!!!
