Whats wrong with my yellow?

Hi.

I'm new to Chichlids and i got a pair of Labidochromis caeruleus for free.
Now the female of the pair looks weird.
Here are some Pictures.
The mouth is completely deformed.

She's holding. From the looks of it quite a bit too.

No she is holding eggs. This is how they breed. Mouthbrooders.

thats normal, you may want to seperate the fry from the mother when there born, because she may eat them.

i don't seperate the fry. I like that pair but i dont want more than the
2. So it'll be live food for the other fish in the tank.

You may want to think about getting at least another lab. Mbuna do better with one males and a few females than in pairs. The females can get harassed by the male with multiple females he doesn't pester just one

yeah, id definately get at least one or two more females, and yellow lab fry for lunch,seems like it would be a delicacy for your fish, anyways congrats on the mouthful
