Looks fine to me. Could be a little beat up from tankmates but nothing too serious to worry about.

The rays/bones stick way further out then the web of the fins.... Didn't know if this is a fin rot?

I have a hard time believing it's malnutrition/poor water change regimen. This thing eats more and is growing much faster then the other Aro here, but the others fin rays don't pertude. The other Aro may get more pellets but that system doesn't get near the new water this guy gets...

Then it's probably just taking its time to grow back the older or bigger they are the longer it takes

Anything worth adding? Meds? Salt? Temp?

My black aro had the same problem when i bought him .
I would say your fish has fin rot.
He (black aro) was in a tank with big cichla and black rays.
In my opinion its caused by stress from the big fishes chasing him from time to time.
Blacks are very sensible aros.
In my tank i raised the temperature to 31-32 degrees and added some saltwater aquarium salt.
I used 2-3 g per Liter of water.
Make shure the water quallity is absolutely top !
I have done many water changes at this time.
Now the fins are looking very good again.
Dont wait to long

Malnutrition and bacterial infection on find mine had it treated too late when I rescues it
Feed plenty of pellets thats what fixed mine
Clean water and stay consistent in ur changes you'll be fine the arowana mah never look the same if you too late like me

Here's mine after recovery

I dont think someone who keeps a silver in a 55g really has the authority to diagnose anything.

To the OP, its definitely the start of fin rot. I would up the water changes and start a melafix and salt dosing.
