What's wrong with this JD?

I'm fish sitting two JDs and one BP for a friend who had another JD pair off and spawn in her 55... I have had them in a 75 with my red jumped eartheater for about 3 weeks. The male is about 8in. And was looking a lot worse when I got him, but he still hasn't gained much weight since I got him... I've treated with prazi pro, but he doesn't seem to have improved much... Is there something I can do to get him up to health? I've been feeding NLS thera A+ and frozen bloodworms. Thanks.

It could do with some bulking up but it's not overly thin

I don't know...his stomach looks pretty sucked up in that last pic (but could be shadow or fins). I'd target feed him with some live earthworm for a couple weeks along with the NLS if he's taking it and see if that fills him out some.
