What's wrong with this red devil

You're being a bit vague with your post here, bud…. tell us more about what has led up to this… how long have you had the fish - how long has the tank been established - behaviour leading up to this - is it breathing funny - any cloudiness on the skin or eyes? etc etc….
 
If this is the same fish from yesterday's post I think it's still in recovery. As for the bubbles my fish occasionally will swim through a stream of bubbles and some seem to get stuck nothing to worry about

My Jag will get little micro bubbles on him after I do water changes... they usually are on him for a few hours and then slowly disappear

Make sure when adding water, especially from a python, that you have the water going into the tank break the water surface, not just having hose directly in the tank water. This will help with micro bubbles. Keep filter going if possible, this will help too.
