Ever since I got him from a friend he sits in the back corner or swims bumping into things, he still eats looks like he had ammonia burn on one of his gill plates previously. Tank is 125g all tests look good 0 nitrate 0 ammonia 0-5ppm nitrate water change every 3days 50%. Got him this way IDK if there's anything I can do to fix what's wrong HELP PLEASE!

I agree. Looks like bad body condition and disorientation. Think of this like having a bad fever... you're a mess and not quite there. If it were me, with the information at hand, I'd treat with a general anti-biotic and monitor for change (better or worse).
