Could be just a scrape from decor or could be he start of hith

start of HITH means wot r the means of stopping this .......
wud any medicines help ?????

Impossible to say by your pics, but for now keep the water quality high, and stop feeding your fish frozen chicken sausage, and get him on a high quality nutient balanced pellet. Clean water & a good diet will resolve most issues that you already have or in the future are going to have.

I agree that it is impossible to tell from those pics. One decent pic will tell a lot more than a hundred terrible pics.
Probably just banged himself on something and no need to worry. HITH usually starts rather smaller and more subtly, rather than a big obvious hole.

Fishkeepers motto ... IF IN DOUBT, DO A WATER CHANGE.

It's a good motto, and I stick to it always.

I do suspect, knowing your stock and the size of your tank, and the questions you have asked about water changing, that you need to be water changing more, and more often. You are pushing the load of your tank already. 50% water changes EVERY week and I suspect most of your problems will go. Fish are far more susceptible to all sorts of ailments when their water quality is not up to scratch.

Hole in the head usually just comes from poor diet and water quality, keep the quality up, do some water changes etc.

IMO though it just looks like a scratch, check your tank and make sure theres not somewhere he could be getting stuck. You dont need to worry much about this, just add a little aquarium salt if you'd like (unless u have a pleco, they cant take it)
