Could be Ichthyobodo necator. The fish develops too much mucus due to skin irritation. You could treat with copper sulfate as it is a parasite. Usually caused by high or low
Ph levels.

I agree....nutrition deficiency for the ATF or arapaima. Pretty sure PB was lucky to pull his arse out of it's mouth.
