not sure how well my "dream tank" would work out but i would want a lot of assorted oscars a large clown knife some Jd's 2 large irridescent sharks and a florida gar would they all go together ? or u think it would turn into a war in the tank.. if so then thats my dream tank.. and not my future tank lol

..anyone else have dream tanks or future ones that u wanna share?..(sorry for the corny post.. its 245 am and i cant sleep!i didnt see any other threads like this.. so hopefully im not repeating one)

Good question :D
Right now, it's to have a lightly to moderately planted tank (never had one before!), which I've accomplished, sort of and eventually I might actually put some fish in it.
I'd love to have senegal bichirs in there, but I think I'd be pushing my luck as it's only a 55g, so that dream will have to wait. *sigh*
But I guess on the up side, having to wait will give me plenty of time to learn more about them. :)

My future tank is a 8'x3'x2.5'h (2-3mths away) which will hold my cichlids, then my 220 (6x2x2.5h) will be free for a S. Leichardti, the 220 will have to be updated down the track to a 6x3x2.5h but I may go for another 8ft instead.

Dream tank, anything with a Super Red Asian Asrowana, not going to happen, bloody laws.

What i have right now, but alot longer.

About 20foot long, and 5foot high, and about 5foot wide.

And LOTS of plants. Mixed of Pbass, South Americans, Gars, and strange Catfish.

jags, jags, and more jags....all of them parachromis and chiclosama, mangs,monts,frediis,doviis,etc...oh yeah and bolty's xanthu jag.:D

A 300 gallon that will hopefully be sitting here this coming weekend. :)
