anyone got any horror stories?
I actually had an 11in tiger O in a 20 long when I first started, on the recomendation from the owner of one of my lfs. He was adamant that this was more than fine a home for him. it took about 10 seconds for me to feel sorry for the O and bring it to another store. The same owner (I know that was stupid of me to go back) had convinced me to buy live rock with these little glass like anemones. He said look you get free anemones with these pieces. haha thanks for the aipstasia.
I also had to remove a fancy goldfish from a tank with two oscars and a vamp tetra that a few idiots took out and threw to the O's just to see it get beat up the GF was about the same size, but the O's were tearing at his lip so i slid the lid over and caught the GF in my hand and put him back. Not a great idea but I was pretty ticked off at that point. Apparently these guys continued on and were kicked out by a very upset manager.
