Def not a mota. Looks like a la ceiba/ Freddy to me. I attached pics of a male RTM, and female la ceiba for reference.

Looks too red to be La Ceiba but I could be wrong

The fish In the video just isn't in breeding dress. When I get a chance I'll see if I can find a pic of my la ceiba pair when they aren't in their breeding colors. I could be wrong, though. Cichlids coloration can be effected by tankmates, foods, spawning times, water quality, etc.
