in the past every once in awhile i have passed up a deal that i later wish i had not the most recent one a large chain store near by was trying to clear out old stock for room they had three aquaclear 110s for 22 dollars a piece i have been a little short on cash and did not need any at the time went back the next day they of course were gone.the point is jump on a deal when you can or later you will keep thinking about it atleast i will

yup, solid advice . . . I've been in exactly your scenario, where I've bought a filter that I didn't need at the time, but then found a perfect use for it down the road . . .

Yep. Another one is don't sell stuff you might need in the future. I'm always kicking myself for selling that unused filter or driftwood, and then ending up needing it a couple months later.

well, I bought a TSN for a steal, when I got it I realized it only had one eye. The owner claimed he didn't know...right.

After a while, I was was able to trade it and a Pacu for a 2' ID shark (but told the owner that it had one eye), so, in a sense you're still right...hehe
