When can I add plants???

Before the ammonia rises, after the chlorine has been neutralized. Plants will use the ammonia to grow.
Ok thanks, I should have mentioned that I am doing a fishless cycle. I have some plants I would like to move over to this tank. I have some more on order right now, but have asked them to hold them until I tell them to ship. I wasn't sure when I could put them in.
Pack it with plants early, they can only help it to cycle faster - the majority of plants prefer ammonia as their nitrogen source.
I just ordered a bunch of plants from aquaspotworld. They were in the sticky about where to buy plants. I want to tell you they have great customer service. They helped me pick out some great plants to fit my tank. I have a 110 that is 36" tall so they made some custom choices for me.
