When can I rehome my tsn

I bought a tiger shovelnose catfish a couple days ago around 3". I currently have him growing out in a 30 gallon. I bought 20 feeder guppies and put them in the tank yesterday. When I eke up this morning there were only 12 guppies left so his appetite is pretty good lol. I was wondering about how long it would be before I can put him in my 150 gallon with the cichlids. The cichlids range from 3"-5".

At that size they grow like weeds...he'll be ready in a few months. Probably 3 months. Don't be surprised to see him grow 1" a month or more...
