When do Dovii get the blue fins?

I picked up my first dovii a month or so ago. He/she is about 2 inches right now with very little color on the fins. I noticed a little red and blue stripe that runs the length of the dorsal fin.

My question is at what point does the blue fins come in? Only when mature? For as small as it is I can definitely see the teeth.

Well i have some 3 inchers that have blue and green...the males will show it at a younger age then the females will...but urs should have some colors..know..

My male looked like the electric horseman at 2". It all depends on the genes.
