When does arowana start developing its colour

Mine is RTG and there is no red in my arowana it has gold at end of scales, the rest of scale is white colour.
How will the further colour development of my arowana be ???
or will it stay like this forever
it is little over 1 year old

It depends if you keep it in that white tank. This aro will deepen in color as it ages and kept in black background. Otherwise you can tan it and see how I develops. Still a nice RTG no matter what
