yesterday i was freaking out about me getting zapped while i tried to clean the walls of my tank. so while i was at work i called my brother to check on my cichla's. he said they were doing fine and that there was 7 still alive. i was like okay good. got a late notice that i have to stay overtime at work. while i was at work, i had a weird feeling that one of my cichla would die today. so after 5 hours of overtime. as i was going home 2am driving home from century city to san gabriel valley. there was construction all up the freeway. a car in front of me hits a cone. and the cone flew out, couldnt dodge the cone had to run it over. now i need a new bumper. got home, all i wanted to do was feed my cichla. i looked in the tank was counting all my fish to see if it was all there. and i see only 6, then i recounted again, because my water is green. then i look over to the side of my tank, and found this poor peacock temensis (yuki) dead.
Yuki was the name of this cichla. this cichla meant something to me. now will have to find a replacement for yuki
