So after the water clears up all or mostly and I test the water for amonia, nitrites and nitrates then it is safe for adding fish????????????????????????????????????????????????????:nilly:

i'd say its safe to add a FEW fish after your ammonia/nitrites read 0 and you've done a big enough water change to bring your nitrates down to a safe level...

if its cycled then its safe...
just add fish slowly so you dont get an ammonia spike. adding more fish than your biological filter can handle will cause a mini cycle that is harmful to your fisherman
