I'd try live ghost shrimp just to prevent disease, good luck though!

I rather starve them to death then feeding them live feeder. I would keep the light really dim or shut off the light all day and everything. Keep feeding them pellets they will eat eventuantlly. I would also try worm. Most fish will not say no to worm.

One of my ocellaris was not getting any food and got beat up and hid so I pulled her and put in a smaller tank. She still did not eat. She then seemed blind that's why I thought she wasn't eating. I put her back in big tank and she slowly started eating and now eats well. She went almost 3 months with no food and she was about 4 to 6 inch

I generally splash small peices of pellet on the surface almost throw it at the fish and make them compete for one peice of pellet at a time.

Another thing worked for me I made them chase a red spot from a lazer pen for a few seconds each day.. and get them feeding on cichlid gold I figured because it was red like the pen.. seemed to make them want to feed.
