When should i change biomax? or dont have to?

Hey its been almost 3 months since i setup my filtration(AC110), and i was wondering when should i change it?
Is it necessary? I have 2 bags of biomax in my filter.

if i change, do i change both at once?

I need to change my sponge also, i shouldnt change everything at once, thats what i was told. So which one should i change first?

and how long do i have to wait then its ready to change the next?( biomax then sponge, or spong then biomax)

First, you DON'T change the biomax and second you should rinse the sponge out in tank water every week.

but my sponge is all pink, shouldnt i change into a fresh one?
