I just moved my 150 gal it has all new water with all my old filters.

When should I do my first water change?
Water is free so how offer and how big of water changes should i do?

If you used seeded, i.e., existing filters, do as much as you want how many times as you want.

Just test and make sure its cycled first or it may not be ideal to change for the first week as long as params arent too high.

Haha yeh my apartment is all inclusive. So il be safe wait a week test water. From there I'm thinking about 20% every other day and 50% onece every other week

As long as you have the old filters you'll be alright whenever you feel like changing it. As long as your free inclusive water (lucky) isn't made of iron bits and chlorine then you'll be fine. Also, to get a quick reading, bring water to the fish place you'll buy the testing kit from, as most lfs's test water for free.
