When should Managuense Fry be removed from parents

The pair are in a 150 by themselves...this is their second spawnning. the first were wiped out by former tankmates.

The fry are literally swimming all over the tank and the parents keep "mouthing" them back to a pit they protect. I want to harvest these fry and share them with my fellow aquarists.

Hey, you can leave them in the tank w/ the parents if there are no other tankmates. They'll be well cared for. If you want the parents to turn around and spawn again, remove the fry the moment they are free swimming and raise them on decapsulated BS eggs.
