Seems like a scam to get you to invest in "green" companies. If you move the C slider past a certain ammount that you spent last year towards investing in green companies, your Carbon usage goes to zero. What a load of garbage... If you help get people rich in the current "go green" trend, then your environmental usages are "forgiven"? This whole green movement is a scam.
