What`s your nitrate level?
Does the bottom of your tank have a bunch of poop/gunk that needs to be gone?
Guess I should have asked if you had fish or were doing a fishless cycle first.

I always wait a week or two before starting water changes.

sorry for my ignorance if everything is good parameters and the water is fairly new (weeks old), what is the point of doing WC aside from wasting water or you got nothing else better to do?
based on his post i would believe his tank is like about 2 weeks old or less..
the op has prestine basic water parameter, people doing WC (as far as i know) to get that prestine number. as far as i understand nitrate amount dictate WC, unless you can shade a light to say otherwise?
if his nitrite or ammo is spiking high yes i would suggest doing WC, but so far the OP has very good parameter, all he needs to do is just keep monitoring the water parameter and enjoy the new tank till the bacteria established.

Theres really no reason to wait for an accumulation of waste...the sooner the better.

The longer you wait to start h2o changes, the more waste that will be constantly sitting in tank.

arent the waste converted by the BB just like any others?
but yes i agree fish poop looks not pretty in the tank, especially if you have big fish, you know they have big poops and its create an eye sore

Its not even really that.

Just realize that these animals are swimming around in their own waste. Why wait for water quality to get worse before doing an h2o change?

The larger, and more frequent the better, 9 times out of 10 IMO.
