I believe that lake Dallas or Lavon have those! or you can go to the Fish gallery in Dallas and ask for them!
as a matter of fact, i do still have some. they were on hold for a guy, but i can't wait for someone that says they need them asap, then wont give me any information on their side. i am sending a pm to the op on the topic.

BTW, I over heard Cabela's's aquarium manager say that there is a bait seller in Athens that sell small bowfins for bait and feeder! I will try and ask him!
so lake Ray Hubbard and lake Athens have ton of those! during breeding season, you can easy net young fish out around the bank!
