I have been struggling to find a dealer or whoever that just sells the glass filter heater etc is no problem but where can i find the glass, and no I'm not making my own.

I would contact one of the manufacturers directly. Say....United Pet Group, Glass Cages or the relatively new company...Blue Ocean.
In order to buy direct, you may have a retail certificate. If you were closer, I would do it for you. Drop shipments can be sketchy sometimes.

i'm just saying, you can't have much of a monster fish in a 10 gallon tank, even if you have 100 of them.

Also, he never stated what size tanks he wanted. Maybe he is buying 100, 500 gallon tanks.

I'd demand he'd use 1 foot bulkheads and tubing to connect them all together, kind of like an old hamster habitat setup.
