Where can I buy a fahaka?

I've been doing some research, and I would like to get a Fahaka Puffer.

I've looked online, and can only seem to find 1 place that sells them... Any ideas as to other places I can look or vendors who might have some?!

Appreciated :)
 
I know a seller locally that either has them or can get them. They are a big supplier and run on aquabid as well, PM me if you want details as I don't think I'm allowed to post it publically? They guarantee live arrival too.
 
One of your local fish places should be able to custom order one for you, I usaually do special orders when I want something outside the norm.

Only have petsmart and petco around here now. the other shop moved and isn't opened for a while yet.

oic. Yeah, I highly doubt they would be able to get something like a fahaka at those stores.

I would love a Fahaka puffer, but with exporting costs and all that jazz, it's not really worth it, but I do appreciate the offer.
 
LOL, I exported 2 from here to Singapore many years ago. You're never going to find one from a large chain. Have you tried some of the online stores or Aquabid?

You can post it in my Classifieds too.

The Pet Place in Lancaster PA has one on order for me once they can get them in again. They used to get them in a lot from Africa, but have only been able to get MBU lately.

I have looked, and there is one other person I am going to ask- and see what he can find for me.

But I just got a flowerhorn, and he's kinda taken my heart for the moment. haha.

I would need to get another tank for a Fahaka, and right now, I need to expand my fish room into the second empty room in the basement. haha.
