I'm from portland Oregon looking to buy some RBP, Anyone selling or point me to a place to buy in this state? I seem to be having a hard time, i'm looking to buy some babys if possible or 1-2 inchs.

piranha are not illegal in oregon, you can thank frank over at opefe.com for that... check out his site for all the piranha information you could possibly need
in response to your other question, no you cannot mix black piranha with anything, not even it's own species unless you have a tank that is close to, or 1000 gallons. i have however seen them in shoals when they are juveniles (2-3")
