Where Can I Fish In NY?

Hey everybody, the warm weather is starting to settle in. Just wanted to know is thier any good fishing spots around the bronx area if familiar? I prefer salt but can do fresh. If you know any spots hope its land based. Thanks

Nobody goes fishing in new york?

Anyone familiar with the 'Country Club" area? My dad owns a piece of property thier where thier is a staircase that leads you to the ocean...basically the ocean is in the backyard lol.

I've caught a stripe bass thier last year at 20 inch so I threw it back. At least I know thier is some fish thier...however what tackle should I use, on shore? I've tried bunker a few times but no luck...

Are bluefish in season, those are my favorite fish!
