Where can i get a Snakehead?

So i live in MN and all the LFS say they cant get them anymore. They only ship into ports that the Snakehead is illeagal so they cant get them to MN. From what i know Snakeheads are not illeagal in MN but no one ships directly here. So where can i get some? Thanks.

Hi,from what I know they are illegal in the states,with one exception,some species are legal in Maryland.

Illegal in the US. I had one in high school as well. The gut at my LFS said something about a Bowfin is as close to a snakehead as you can get in the US.
