where can I get silversides for a good price?

I usually get mine from a bait shop. Couple bucks a dozen normally. Quarantine them for a week though and feed them a quality flake and watch for ich and stuff like that. There bait remember, not setup for sale as pets. Also the week or so in quarantine feeding them a good food loads them with good stuff for whatever you may be feeding them to.
I don't think we have them live, around my area at least...I was thinking frozen silversides online; and I don't think you have to quarantine them right?
They sell silver sides in ny state at a place called gander mountain and they are like $3 a pound. Check for any outdoor stores near you.

No you don't need to quarantine the packaged ones. The specific brand I get is Sally's (San Fransico Brand)
Do you got a petsmart near by u? (since it's a large chain) They recently started stocking frozen foods from Hikari and Sally's silversides, it might be a bit hidden so ask a store clerk where to go. (they are stocked in a fridge unit should be somewhere near the fish tanks.)
