I have searched through all of my LFS and put an add on Craigslist. I don't really want to order them. Any other suggestions?

One offer from the east and now another from the west. I have several dozen in a ten gallon. Yours if you'll pay shipping. Wouldn't cost too much since they can be shipped in very little water. I'm in Washington state.
I live in Nebraska. I would be willing to pay shipping if you are serious about being willing to send them.
i never thought I'd see a post like this. You're very lucky if you can't find mts in your tanks because mine just erupt out the glass. Literally, i bleached my tank, all the wood, all the gravel, all the plants, and the next month i find these buggers crawling up the glass.

I just grabbed a few out of the LFS a few years ago (not like they'll miss 'em!) and threw them in my brackish tank. They were "a nuisance" at the store but I wanted them for my sand tanks, they do a great job. I'd ship them to you too, the weather's a bit cold now though up here in ND/MN.
I take them straight from the brackish and throw them into new fresh tanks as needed and they seem to take right off. Gave some to a friend in a 20oz bottle and he forgot about them for 3 days but they still did fine.
Find an LFS with a bunch and see if they'll let you take them off your hands. When I started managing where I stole them I started selling them for $1 grab-as-many-as-you-want. Paid for the bag, store owner thought it was genius once he saw it happening. I gave a lot away too. Ask for just 3 or 4 fairly small ones and I'd give 'em away.
BTW, I *did* warn people how hard they can be to get rid of and that many consider them a pest.
