So I have tons of albino koi sword tails and I'm wondering where I can sell them? I inquired my LFS and they said they would pay 10 cents per :/

Places like craigslist, ebay, messageboards, etc. $.10 each sounds a bit low, but not ridiculous for a livebearer.
Yeah honestly .10 isn't great but for small livebearers I wouldn't expect much. They only sell them for a few bucks a pop and they need their markup.
I have had luck selling large cichlids on this site and on a couple other forum sites. The marketplace is pretty good here if you live in NJ, Ohio, or CA (these places seem to be dense with MFK users and fishkeepers in general).
I would make a nice ad in the marketplace here with lots of pictures and maybe some locals will be interested.

Your city may have a local fish club (aquarium society) that holds auctions, swap meets, and breeder award programs (BAP).
Most of the spawns from my tanks ended up at the auctions, and swaps of the Milwaukee Aquarium Society, or Chicago Cichlid Assn.
And in many cases you don't need to actually join to auction off your fish.
That said you never know what you'll end up with depending on the popularity of the fish you have.
I've seen two fish go for $60, and a bag of 10 of their fry go for a buck.
