I need a few decently sized sinkable pieces (1-2 peices) for my 75 gallon.

I saw some deals on Ebay but was not sure if that was a good or bad idea.

Where do you guys recommend purchasing driftwood?

Thanks!

Find a clean running stream and collect your own..Boil it and put it in the tank.

Us the word "dogwood" when looking for it. Dogwood just means rootwood and that is what you looking for. I never have got it off Ebay but I don't see why not. Soke it in tub for some time befor putting it your tank. Leve it in your tub tell it sinks and dos not turn your water red. This can tack some time even from older wood that has been in a tank before iff it has been out for the water for a time, days or weeks. You can make your own, this takes time. Just soke almost any rootwood for about a yaer.

I got a really awesome piece on ebay, I found that the prices with shipping were rediculously high so I emailed the seller and made an offer and the accepted it, I want to say that it was nearly half the price they were asking. They were super friendly, but I ned heard back from them after the hurricane went through two days later. I cannot think of the name but it was the G..... hurricane that dumped all that rainfall on the midwest last year and caused all the flooding.

I look for driftwood when I go to my in-laws.
They live close to the mighty mississippi :headbang2
